New York City Transit will once again be running the Nostalgia Train<\/a> during the holiday shopping season. The train runs in regular passenger service along the \"\"from 2 Av to Queens Plaza on Sundays in December, and also on November 30. It’s a great event and a lot of fun for everyone. And besides the normal subway fare to enter the turnstiles, there is no additional charge. Here’s what the official poster<\/a> poster says:<\/p>\n

To celebrate the holiday season, customers using the 6 Avenue line between the Queens Plaza and Lower East Side 2 Av stations have a treat in store. MTA New York City Transit\u2019s \u201cNostalgia Train<\/strong>\u201d is running every Sunday, November 30, and every Sunday in December! <\/span><\/p>\n

With a little bit of luck and good timing, you can catch a ride on this classic subway car at stations along the \"V<\/a> line between Queens Plaza and 2 Av. <\/span><\/p>\n
