The Philadelphia Public Transportation Examiner reports that tomorrow from 4 AM to noon all PATCO trains will stop at the top of the Ben Franklin Bridge and sound their horns in honor of fallen DRPA Police Cpl. Chris Milito. In addition, trains will NOT sound their horns between 4 AM and 6 AM as they enter and exit the tunnel portal at the west end of the bridge as to not disturb the funeral procession.
